Thanks for coming back to the Birkin article. I should have said something about the fact that, if anything, this points up the disparities between rich and poor (which are increasing all the time). I never thought this light-hearted book would make me think about so many serious things. Maybe I need to write another article? Anyway thanks for participating in the discussion.
